Product Management
Nobody knows our chemical products better than we do! Every day we deal with the planning, introduction, testing and modification of our adhesives, sprays, assembly pastes and more.
Public Relations
We are the voice of the company. In other words, our department is all about internal and external communication – always with the aim of promoting WEICON’s excellent image worldwide.
IT
In the IT department, we are responsible for everything that has a plug and does not fall within the remit of the facility manager. We make digital processes faster, better and more secure, thus contributing to the company’s success.
Warehouse
Our warehouse is made up of many small areas that all depend on each other and have to work as smoothly as well-lubricated gears.
Area Sales Manager International
We bring our products to the big wide world, because the International Sales department is all about supporting and developing our international markets.

We support all our customers in Germany – from large industry to traditional trade, from B2B to e-commerce.

This may almost sound romantic, but it’s actually true: we bring our products together with our customers.

In our department, everything revolves around the development of advertising campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, videos and other content for WEICON worldwide.
WEICON TOOLS
WEICON not only stands for adhesives, but also for high-quality stripping tools. And these tools make up a separate brand and department under the name WEICON TOOLS.
Advertising
Welcome to the creative minds – or rather, welcome to our advertising department! We always affectionately refer to ourselves as an “in-house advertising agency”, because we design all WEICON print products ourselves, from small business cards to large catalogues.
Finance & Controlling
Accounting is our passion! Our department is all about numbers – from invoicing and VAT reporting to credit card statements and payment management.
Product Engineering
Welcome to the WEICON think tank! In our department we develop products that can be produced by injection moulding.
Purchasing
We make sure that our shelves in the warehouse are always full and that sufficient materials and products are available at all times.
Export & International Branches
Our department is the central point of contact for our branches. This means that we are in daily contact with our branch offices around the world to support them in all kinds of matters.
