Our warehouse is made up of many small areas that all depend on each other and have to work as smoothly as well-lubricated gears. We have employees from many different countries. It is precisely this diversity that makes us strong! The willingness to help each other is very important to us and together we can do anything – literally!

Hello Klaus!
Would you like to briefly tell us how you joined WEICON?
I started my apprenticeship here in 2014 and am now head of department. I can say from my own experience that WEICON offers many opportunities for professional and personal development.
Why do you like working at WEICON so much?
Every day is different, and I like that! I have always felt very much at ease at WEICON and I also like the personnel responsibility that comes with my job as head of department.
As a manager, what is especially important for you in your team?
In our team, everyone literally has to lend a hand. It is therefore important that we can rely on each other. That’s why transparency, respect, honesty and fairness are especially important to me.
What do you like most about your team?
I really like the great team spirit, even in stressful times. I also find it exciting that our team is made up of people from different countries.
Is there anything else you would like to say to potential applicants?
