We make sure that our shelves in the warehouse are always full and that sufficient materials and products are available at all times. This is how we guarantee the availability of our adhesives and other products all over the world.
Supporting our suppliers is at the heart of our work. This involves both maintaining existing relationships and building new ones.
If you have a talent for organisation, you’ve come to the right place. We all work very independently, but at the same time we can always rely on the support of the team. All of our colleagues have a commercial background and most of them are also studying part-time. Hello Kimberly!
How did you become a member of the WEICON team and how long have you been working here?
I’ve been part of the WEICON family since 2018. Back then, I started my training as an industrial clerk here and was lucky enough to be able to start in the Purchasing department straight afterwards. I’ve headed the department since 2023.
In a nutshell: what is it like to work at WEICON?
Great – the people, the atmosphere and the fair working conditions made me feel comfortable at WEICON right from the start and I enjoy coming to work every day.
As a manager, what is especially important for you in your team?
Open communication is the key to everything. We have to be able to rely on each other at all times and trust our colleagues. However, it is especially important to me that everyone in the team feels at ease.
What do you like most about your team?
It totally feels like we’re a family. We all work in a similar way and grow closer together as a team every day.
Is there anything else you would like to say to potential applicants?
Structure, organisation and openness are part of our daily work – if that applies to you, then you’re a great match for us. But the most important thing is that you’re always up for a bit of fun, even in stressful times, and that you enjoy participating in team events once in a while.
