Export & International Branches
Our department is the central point of contact for our branches. This means that we are in daily contact with our branch offices around the world to support them in all kinds of matters. This can involve things like sales campaigns, product training courses, technical questions, special product requests or personnel matters. In other words, all matters that arise in a company.
We are also responsible for international order processing (including logistical dispatch processing) and the constantly growing international e-commerce business.
So it never gets boring in our department. Especially not when you consider the different markets and mentalities we deal with every day – ranging from Asia to Canada.
And our team is not boring either! Our department has many long-established veterans with a wealth of experience, but also youngsters with an infinite thirst for knowledge. With us, you will meet people from different nations with different strengths and abilities. What unites us all is our sales mindset and the goal of providing our customers with the best possible support!

Hello Fatih!
Would you like to tell us something about your career at WEICON?
I joined the family business in 2006. I started in Internal Sales Germany, then moved to the international department in 2011, where I took over as Head of Export & International Branches.
In a nutshell: what is it like to work at WEICON?
It’s fun to come to work and spend time with “friends” in a relaxed working atmosphere.
As a manager, what is especially important for you in your team?
Mutual trust is the key ingredient for working together successfully. I attach great importance to honesty, transparent communication and an independent and flexible way of working.
What do you like most about your team?
That we have a very strong sense of solidarity. Everyone is there to support everyone!
