We support all our customers in Germany – from large industry to traditional trade, from B2B to e-commerce. Always with the aim of making our customers happy at the end of the day.
But what exactly does “support” mean? This includes, for example, telephone and e-mail support, processing technical enquiries, handling complaints and maintaining master data. Supporting the field service is also one of our daily tasks.
Our team is made up mainly of trained sales specialists. But several newcomers to this field have also successfully settled in. In our team, you can be sure that you will never be let down – even when things get stressful.

How did you become a member of the WEICON team?
The story of how WEICON and I got to know each other is a real classic. In other words, I simply applied for a position in internal sales. I started here as a clerk in 2017. A few years later, as team leader, I had the honour of helping to set up and expand the structures and processes for our e-commerce business and was thus able to help shape a completely new business area. In the meantime, my team also expanded further. As department head, I am responsible for the entire internal sales department.

As a manager, what is especially important for you in your team?
The most important thing to me is open and honest communication with my employees. We wouldn’t be half as successful without our great team spirit.
