This may almost sound romantic, but it’s actually true: we bring our products together with our customers. In sales – whether in the office or in the field – everything is about happy business partners.
We are constantly in contact with our customers and try to find the right solution for every problem, no matter how tricky, and always with the aim of making a valuable contribution to WEICON’s growth.
If you add the internal sales and field service teams together, we are one of the largest teams at WEICON. However, our field staff are scattered all over Germany – so we don’t get together very often. It’s great to see that we nevertheless work together and support each other very well.
In our team you will meet young and older employees and will hear all the dialects that Germany has to offer. What unites us despite our differences? Our aim is to make WEICON a little more successful every day. Oh yes, and the annual incentive tours where we come together to celebrate our successes!

Hello Patrick!
How did you become a member of the WEICON team?
My career at WEICON started in 2016. After studying industrial engineering, I was looking for an industrial company in the Münsterland region where I could combine both my sales and technical expertise. Voilà: I chose WEICON!
Why do you like working at WEICON?
I find working in an international company very varied and fulfilling. It really never gets boring!
As a manager, what is especially important for you in your team?
The most important thing to me is open and honest communication with my employees. We wouldn’t be half as successful without our great team spirit.
What do you like most about your team?
The different personalities, the great expertise and the readiness to grow successfully together.
Do you have any helpful advice for potential applicants?
